Job Title Senior Specialist, Rewards Responsible as an individual contributor supporting within the area of Rewards within the P&C function. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to the designated area of expertise, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Serve as an advisor and program manager to the region, with main interface being Regional Co Es, Global Operations, Global BPs, while ensuring the employee group understands the Rewards agenda in Amadeus. Main interaction is with business stakeholders Senior Manager and Above. The position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation and management of reward programs including but not limited to Compensation (job analysis, wages, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization's pay practices), Benefits (global/regional programs), and Mobility (Manage international moves). In this role you’ll: Collaborate to provide advice to clusters on Reward programs and country Reward Operations. Oversee cyclical and off-cycle promotional and equity increases, and the design and development and support P&C Services in the administration of compensation, equity, special bonus or incentive programs and payments, benefits review as required. Research market trends, participate in salary surveys to keep compensation programs current and competitive. Support the execution of benefit roadmap for the region. Review employee benefit and recognition programs independently to ensure consistency of the EVP delivery to the employees including the review and standardization of local policies. Research market trends, participate in benefits surveys and conduct research to stay abreast of emerging benefit trends to maintain the Company benefits portfolio competitive. Manage the annual renewal of all benefit plans in consultation with country P&C as well as the delivery of service from insurer and vendor partners. Guide communication efforts in collaboration with country P&C to ensure that employees understand our EVP. Review and approve offers for clusters assigned. Act as the subject matter specialist for the research, contribute to the development and implementation of compensation programs, inclusive of Corporate equity programs and compensation tools (e.g., Global Grading System), retention programs. Serve as the primary representative with third parties and other stakeholders. Partner and collaborate with People Partners, P&C Services, HRIS and other areas to provide insight and knowledge of different processes of the P&C function. Apply project management skills to coordinate projects as assigned. Participate in global/regional programs and support other aspects in P&C/Reward as assigned. Support the continuous improvement and education efforts and material development of an APAC reward repository for assigned topics. About the ideal candidate: BS in Business, HR, or other related field. GRP, CCP preferred. 5 years relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in the management of compensation and benefits (with regional experience highly preferred), administration of equity plans, and end-to-end compensation and benefit experience. 1 - 3 years of consultancy background preferred. Entry-level business knowledge with a good understanding of the organization and functional areas, inclusive of matrix reporting. Basic to intermediate knowledge of project management fundamentals. Ability to manage multiple parallel processes/tasks simultaneously. Must maintain strong attention to detail and handle confidential information responsibly. Demonstrate interpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong client partnerships with trust and credibility. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel spreadsheets. Demonstrated proficiency with SAP/Workday and experience with Payroll systems.
