Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Funeral Industry Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their funeral-related queries, providing exceptional support and ensuring a smooth experience for all clients.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, addressing their concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Gather and maintain accurate customer information for future reference
  • Offer basic support to customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and document management

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
