About the Role Meet the school's mission and vision through the design and delivery of the Preparatory Course for Secondary (PCS) program. PCS is a 20‐week intensive, immersive academic English‐language experience for students entering Grades 8–10. Teachers will teach targeted English language acquisition skills (Grammar, Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) alongside co‐teaching core content subjects of Mathematics and Science. Responsibilities include engaging a diverse student population, supporting holistic development through a targeted pedagogical and social‐emotional approach, and communicating with stakeholders. Position Requirements Strong academic qualifications in Mathematics. Strong academic qualifications in Science. Current teaching certification. TESOL qualifications or equivalent. At least 3 years of teaching experience at upper primary or secondary level. At least 3 years of experience in a relevant program (IBMYP/IBDP/AP/BTEC) preferred. Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent references upon request. Proficiency in using school systems, databases, communication platforms, and educational technology. Candidate Preferences Capacity to demonstrate a commitment to the intensive nature of PCS. Experience with a personalized learning approach. Curriculum development experience preferred. International school teaching experience preferred. Ability to support students in a multilingual learning environment; fluency in English required, and ability to communicate in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese helpful. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent required. Professional current teacher licensure or certification required. Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
