We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Group Accountant to manage Group consolidation and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)in a fast‐paced start‐up environment . This role offers the opportunity to shape financial reporting processes, influence business decisions, and work closely with the leadership team in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS. Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate elimination of intercompany balances. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for management. Collaborate with subsidiary local finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Provide ad‐hoc financial analysis and recommendations to support growth initiatives and investment decisions. Engage directly with external auditors and tax consultants during audit or compliance exercises. Talent Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA is a plus. 5‐8 years in consolidation accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting, preferably in a start‐up, scale‐up, or fast‐growing environment. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and consolidation processes. Hands‐on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel‐based financial modelling.
