As a Growth Advocate & After-school Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and nurturing primary school children (Primary 1 to 6). Your responsibilities include ensuring the safety and supervision of children, and supporting their academic progress through homework supervision. You\'ll also facilitate life skills activities, academic & non-academic enrichment programmes, and maintain regular communication with parents. Additionally, you will help create a positive, safe, and conducive learning environment, contributing to the children's holistic development. Key responsibilities Growth Advocate Plan, implement and facilitate activities that stimulate creativity and build essential 21st-century skills like communication, growth mindset, creative problem-solving, and global citizenship. Support in the care and guidance of students in an after-school environment. Foster an inclusive environment where students feel safe to take risks, collaborate with peers, and form lasting connections. Collaborate with colleagues to refine life skills programme curriculum and teaching strategies. Participate in or support activities and programs that enhance student learning and development. Conduct lessons and enrichment sessions where needed to support students' learning. Homework Supervision Guide primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to complete daily homework and academic tasks.
