Happy Minimart Pte Ltd
is seeking a motivated
Sales Assistant
to join our team in the
Changi East Region . This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our thriving minimart.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately operating the cash register and handling financial transactions
Restocking shelves and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the store
Providing recommendations and advice to customers on products and services
Actively participating in inventory management and loss prevention efforts
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the convenience store or minimart industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent numeracy and cash handling skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
