Key Responsibilities Project management: Supervising day‐to‐day operations, monitoring progress against schedule, ensuring budget compliance. Safety and compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, ensuring workers follow protocols. Team and subcontractor management: Managing construction workers and subcontractors, delegating tasks, maintaining discipline. Quality control: Inspecting site to ensure work meets standards and specifications, checking material quality and delivery. Coordination and communication: Acting as liaison among management, workers, clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals. Administration: Managing project documentation, keeping records, ensuring permits and licenses are in place. Essential Skills Strong leadership and management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations Problem‐solving and analytical skills Flexibility, adaptability, and time management skills Attention to detail Sample Responsibilities Knowledge of CSC contracts, budget and operational requirements Enforce compliance of customer work standards, company policy and procedures - leads by example Build effective relationships and communication with all backgrounds and levels Own performance, assist team members, foster positive team environment Mentor and train new members to meet or exceed program standards Track time sheets and attendance for assigned personnel Prepare accurate, precise, and timely reports Enforce workplace security policies, procedures, and uniform standards Execute guard mount briefings with clarity and command Demonstrate positive approach toward customer satisfaction Continuously seek ways to improve and promote quality through innovation Site Supervisor Qualifications Qualifications for a job description may include education, certification, and experience.
