Key Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary clinical pharmacy care in both inpatient and ambulatory care setting
Mentor the next generation of pharmacists in an exciting, evolving environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative healthcare solutions
Qualifications:
Master in Clinical Pharmacy, PharmD, or Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience, with a passion for patient care
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
