Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the commissioning team to meet customer expectations, managing Cx meetings and vendor project managers.
Develop test scripts and commissioning plans for Integrated Systems Test (IST), aligning with the Datacentre’s needs and project specifics.
Actively participate in customer equipment FWT/SAT/IST and liaise with customer commissioning teams/agents.
Prepare and submit test reports and documentation, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, system start-up, and performance testing, ensuring alignment with project execution plans.
Provide commissioning inputs for equipment test plans, review design issues, and report updates to external stakeholders like the Cx Agent and subcontractors.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Data Center Commissioning
Good Power Experience
Have extensive experience with UPS and HVAC systems
Strong Knowledge Underground expertise in MEP Services and Systems implementation
Good knowledge of T&C processes for Electrical/ELV Systems/ACMV
Ability to test dry contact alarms with thorough understanding of alarm and control integration.
Understanding of BMS integration of 3rd party products through dry contacts and IP monitoring
