What The Role Is You develop and review the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)'s manpower establishment policies, procedures and planning norms/ratios to ensure synergy with the RSAF's overall strategy while developing strategies to digitalise and optimise work processes and scanning for potential technology-enabled solutions to improve productivity and work effectiveness.
