Developing, testing, and maintaining clean, performant code for client applications. Supporting project delivery alongside Project Managers and senior developers. Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver solutions on time and on budget. Analysing large-scale time-series data and generating actionable reports. Mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of learning. Qualifications What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on kdb+ development experience. Solid understanding of q language and time-series data structures. Experience working in Unix/Linux environments. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with software development methodologies and the SDLC. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent client-facing communication skills. Prior experience of working in Capital Markets/Investment Banking is a plus but not essential Bonus Skills (Not Required)Experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking. Knowledge of Python, cloud platforms, or other time-series databases. Exposure to project leadership or people management. Contribution to internal tools, documentation, or community initiatives.
