1. BIM/IDD Standards & Implementation
Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational BIM/IDD standards
Support project teams in adopting and integrating new BIM technologies and workflows to enhance productivity and project quality
2. Project/Tender Support
Assist in the preparation of BIM deliverables for tender proposals
Assist in the preparation of BIM progress and quality reports
Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), IDD strategies, and Common Data Environment (CDE) setup.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Industry Collaboration
Support the BIM/IDD Manager in liaising with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
4. Innovation & Training
Research and explore emerging BIM/IDD technologies to enhance project workflows and improve productivity.
Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to upskill project teams on BIM tools and methodologies.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in an engineering or construction company
Candidate must have basic construction knowledge and able to read construction drawings.
Candidate must have knowledge in using Revit. Those who has Navisworks, Dynamo or Python would be an added advantage
Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works
Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
