Overview Kongsberg Maritime is at the forefront of maritime solutions. As a Senior Instructor within Bridge and Control, you will focus on Dynamic Positioning and help ship owners and oil majors meet competency requirements. Responsibilities Deliver courses using equipment and simulators on‐site, remotely, and at global locations. Develop courses that reflect clients' training needs, incidents, or stakeholder requirements. Translate clients' needs into training content as a product and operative training instructor. Assist in creating sustainable learning opportunities. Collaborate with KONGSBERG Training and other departments to deliver consultancy services to offshore clients. Qualifications and Experience Maritime background and minimum requirements according to STCW Tabell A‐II/1 (CoC). Preference for Deck Officer Certificate Class 2. Preference for Dynamic Positioning (DP) Certificate. Preference for broad experience with dynamic positioning on various vessels. Proficient user of IT tools and hardware. English fluent verbally and in writing. Able to travel on planned and ad‐hoc critical travels. What You Are Able To Comply with company rules and procedures.
