Responsibilities and Qualifications Design, document, and implement new systems, as well as enhance and modify existing software with code that complies with design specifications and meets security and Java best practices. Interact with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest tools and technologies. Deliver zero‐defect code and ensure the team's deliverables meet or exceed business expectations. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner. Skills / Competencies Degree in IT / Computer Science or related discipline. 4–5 years' experience of Full Stack Java Development in a containerized microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot, with strong UI/UX development experience in React. Hands‐on experience with Kubernetes and AWS. Java EE Frameworks: Spring Boot. ORM: Hibernate. Databases: MySQL and/or MongoDB (Open Source). Application Server: Spring Boot; Web Server: JBOSS Web Server. Frontend: React 18+, HTML5/CSS. Tools: IDEs (VS Code, IntelliJ), GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins. Strong knowledge of open‐source web development tools and modern software engineering practices. Experience in cards & payments domain. Excellent customer interfacing, written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
