Course Overview
Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of auditing, assurance, and their applications within the financial reporting framework of Singapore. This module covers auditor responsibilities, audit objectives, risks, materiality, evidence, documentation, audit processes, and reporting. It includes topics such as audit sampling, testing of specific items, audit procedures, audit opinions, and final procedures.
Job requirements
A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; a Master's degree is an advantage.
At least 2 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level.
5 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
Availability to teach during daytime.
