About the role We are seeking a talented Sales Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team at Yuen Mai Glass Merchant Pte Ltd. As a full-time role based in Singapore, this position will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, checking and preparing of documents using ERP software Liaise with customers to address order inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution Assist with the preparation of sales kits, samples and other relevant documentation Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales-related systems and processes Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales function What we are looking for Proven experience in a sales administrative or client support role, preferably within the glass or a similar industry Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong data entry and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving What we offer At Yuen Mai Glass Merchant Pte Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
