Ensure all technology solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies. Implement robust risk management frameworks and controls to mitigate technology-related risks in the market risk function. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of technology solutions in managing market risk and make necessary adjustments. Establish and enforce governance frameworks for technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure all technology initiatives adhere to the organization’s governance policies, including data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance. Regularly report to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes of technology projects within the Market Risk function. Display exemplary conduct, embed the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered. Effectively and collaboratively identify, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
