Roles & Responsibilities About Us At Bloom Memories Studios , we capture life’s most precious moments — from maternity and newborn to baby and family portraits. With over a decade of experience and two established brands, Ashley Low Photography and Bloom Photography , we’re passionate about creating timeless keepsakes for families while delivering warm, personalised service. We’re now looking for a creative and driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing in a growing creative business. What You’ll Do Sales & Customer Relations Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media. Guide clients through our packages and help them find the best fit for their needs Assist with sales follow-ups and client bookings Maintain excellent customer service and uphold our studio’s warm, professional tone Marketing & Creative Design simple marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital ads Assist in managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with regards to sales promotions Update website content (e.g., photos, packages, blog posts) Support marketing campaigns, collaborations, and studio events Research market trends and assist in content ideation Do business development work by sending out cold emails to businesses for collaboration Who You Are Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields Passionate about photography, family, and creative storytelling Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency required) Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools) Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing Proactive, organised, and eager to learn Bonus: Knowledge of photography, website editing (Shopify) What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in a creative, fast-paced studio environment Mentorship in sales, customer management, and marketing strategy Opportunity to contribute ideas and see them come to life Internship allowance & letters of recommendation upon completion How to Apply Send your resume , short introduction , and any design or social media work samples (if available) Tell employers what skills you have Social MediaMarketing StrategyPhotosMarketing CommunicationsCanvaDigital MarketingCustomer ManagementStorytellingCustomer ServiceFacebookWriting SkillsCustomer Relations
