About the Role Join our team of dedicated Lifeguards and help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors at our swimming complexes. You’ll play a vital role in supervising pool activities, responding to emergencies, and upholding safety and service standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise swimmers and prevent incidents through active surveillance Perform water rescues and administer first aid when required Enforce pool safety rules and ensure users comply with regulations Conduct routine inspections and report any safety hazards or defects Carry out water quality sampling and testing as per standard procedures Maintain professionalism and discipline while on duty Requirements Possess a Bronze Medallion / Pool Lifeguard Award from the Singapore Life Saving Society (SLSS)Hold a valid Standard First Aid Certificate accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC)Meet the organisation’s Lifeguard Induction and Annual Proficiency Assessment standards Physically fit, alert, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Who We’re Looking For Individuals who are observant, disciplined, and committed to public safety.
