Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll shape financial strategy, governance, and operations while working closely with senior stakeholders to support commercial success. What you'll do:

As Head of Finance, you’ll lead financial strategy and operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and commercial success. Working closely with senior management, you’ll drive process improvements, empower teams with data, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.

  • Lead financial strategy aligned with business and operational objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive performance, cost optimisation, and data-led decision-making.
  • Oversee all core finance functions: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, and compliance.
  • Enhance finance systems and workflows through automation and process improvement.
  • Ensure strong governance through internal controls, audits, and risk management.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, dependable team, fostering shared purpose and development.

What You Bring:

You bring deep financial expertise in hospitality or tourism, with strong regulatory knowledge, ethical leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex operations. Your collaborative mindset, digital fluency, and passion for responsible business practices make you a trusted and strategic partner.

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA required.
  • 10+ years in finance roles, with 5+ years in leadership positions.
  • Proven track record in hospitality or tourism sectors
  • Deep understanding of Singapore financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience with finance systems and a commitment to responsible business practices.
