Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business process improvement unit, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for redesign and propose improvements.

  • Collaborate with business process owners to understand their processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Streamline and automate processes using RPA or macros.
  • E nsure redesigned processes comply with established guidelines.
  • Create detailed technical documentation and user training materials.
  • Perform testing, including UAT support.
  • Deploy and implement automated processes.
  • Monitor bot performance and provide maintenance.
  • Support change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, computer science, or related fields.
  • Proficient in RPA development using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
