Overview Regional Business Development Manager - Naval/Defence role based in Singapore. Angle have partnered exclusively with a leading Maritime Product and Solutions Provider in the search for a Regional Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore. Our client is a dynamic market leading organization committed to sustainable practices and solutions across various industries and strives for excellence. The right candidate will play a critical role in supporting and origination of regional business development and strategic activities, including analyzing business opportunities and selection of partners within the supply chain to support the strategic direction and success of the business. Responsibilities Identify, evaluate and develop new naval business opportunities and new market potential Perform analysis of naval market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to uncover opportunities and assess risks Ensure naval business solutions and models are in line with profitability projections and economic efficiency Develop solutions and value propositions for various naval related business opportunities Assess and engage with potential customers and partners to drive existing and new naval business potential Skills & Knowledge Understanding of government, defence and naval industry and key players in the supply chain, and other relevant market stakeholders Experience and strong network with the naval and defence industry, technology, products, and a technical and commercial understanding of naval and defence contracts Understanding marine vessels, propulsion systems, technology and engineering solutions Attitude & Disposition Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a collaborative and consultative, adaptable approach to teamwork Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and commercial skills Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Sales Maritime Transportation We're inviting interested applicants to consider this opportunity to join a company that provides a collaborative working environment and strong opportunities for training, as well as personal and career growth within the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
