Roles & Responsibilities Join the Solar Revolution as Our Next Quantity Surveyor Are you ready to build a brighter, more sustainable future? We are a leading solar energy construction firm dedicated to powering the transition to clean energy. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in managing and coordinating our exciting solar projects effectively. Your Mission & Impact As our Quantity Surveyor, you will be the financial and contractual backbone of our projects, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and effective collaboration with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Include: Tendering & Procurement: Managing the full tender cycle, including preparing tender documents, taking off quantities, requesting quotations from subcontractors/suppliers, and managing the submission process. Contract & Financial Management: Preparing letters of award (LOA ) for subcontractors, managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring accurate preparation and submission of progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Material Sourcing: Sourcing for materials and negotiating with vendors/suppliers to secure the best value. Site & Safety: Attending site meetings and adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety Policy procedures, helping to eliminate or reduce hazards. Education & Qualifications A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Management . Candidates without the above qualification but with relevant experience will also be considered. Experience 1–3 years of experience in a related field is preferred. Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Exceptional time management, coordination, and communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure and independently, demonstrating both efficiency and responsibility. Ready to Power Your Career?
