Senior Principal AI Engineer Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a technical leader and architect for an AI development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the architectural design and long-term technical roadmap for the AI computing platform, define standards and best practices for building and operating robust AI infrastructure, including LLM tooling and custom agentic systems.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and recommend new technologies and tools to keep our platform at the cutting edge.
  • Mentor other engineers on the team, guiding them on complex technical challenges and promoting a culture of engineering excellence.
  • Drive the technical execution of large-scale platform projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, security, and solution architects.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience architecting, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or data platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud-native technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle and the infrastructure required to support it at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and influence technical direction.
