你的角色
Your Role
作为我们的华文幼儿教师 ,你将为18mths 至6岁的幼儿设计有趣的学习体验,
让他们爱上华文,敢说华语,深入理解语言与文化的魅力。
你的工作包括:
  • 启发童心 :通过唱歌,讲故事,游戏与对话激发孩子对华语的兴趣
  • 课程设计 :依据发展阶段,规划贴近生活又富有价值观的课程
  • 文化传承 :介绍华人节日,传统与经典故事,培养文化归属感
  • 语言实践 :在日常互动中鼓励孩子自然,清晰地使用华语
  • 团队协作 :与教学团队共同成长,重视反思与创新的文化

As our Chinese Preschool Teacher, you will create engaging learning experiences that help young children (aged 1.5-6) love Mandarin, speak it with joy, and connect deeply with the language and culture.
You will:
  • Inspire Young Minds : Spark interest through songs, stories, games, and conversations
  • Design Meaningful Lessons : Plan developmentally appropriate, values-aligned lessons
  • Celebrate Culture : Introduce Chinese festivals, traditions, and classic tales
  • Foster Communication : Support children in confidently expressing themselves in Mandarin
  • Collaborate & Reflect : Work with a nurturing team that values sharing, feedback, and growth

  • 学历要求 :幼儿教育(华文)文凭或相关学位
  • 课程理解 :熟悉新加坡幼儿课程与NEL框架
  • 语言能力 :具备良好的华文表达能力(口语与书写)
  • 富有创意 :喜欢讲故事,唱歌,善于让语言充满生命力
  • 团队精神 :开放,积极,愿意与团队共同进步
  • Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Chinese) or equivalent
  • Curriculum Understanding : Familiar with Singapore's NEL Framework
  • Language Proficiency : Strong in spoken and written Chinese
  • Creative Energy : Enjoy storytelling, singing, and making Mandarin come alive
  • Team Spirit : Open-minded, positive, and eager to grow with the team
