Job Description Job Scope Provide drug-related advice to healthcare professionals and patients, and support medication safety initiatives. Prepare drug evaluation reports, set up systems for drug use, communicate formulary changes, and analyze drug usage and adverse reactions. Collaborate with various departments to ensure safe and efficient medication processes within the hospital. Assist in training pharmacy students and pre-registration pharmacists in the drug information section. Conduct clinical reviews of medication orders, dispense medications with counseling, and carry out other assigned administrative tasks. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience, preferably in a public health institution. Prior experience in outreach or transition care services is advantageous. Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and hold a valid practicing license. Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy, compliance regulations, and medication management.
