Product Delivery Manager

Role Purpose: As a Product Delivery Manager , you will ensure that product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You'll coordinate across teams, track progress, and keep everyone aligned on priorities. Beyond execution, you'll develop a strong understanding of the product's business objectives and contribute strategic insights to improve product outcomes and market positioning. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and execution but also has the curiosity and business sense to connect delivery with real impact. Key Responsibilities: Plan, track, and manage delivery of product features and releases. Work closely with the Product Owner and engineering teams to align on goals and timelines. Understand the broader business strategy and ensure delivery supports key objectives. Identify risks and dependencies early, and ensure issues are resolved quickly. Keep delivery documentation and timelines updated. Analyze delivery performance and provide insights to guide prioritization. Facilitate regular check‐ins to review progress and maintain alignment. Ensure post‐launch reviews are conducted to capture learnings and business impact. Key Performance Metrics: On‐time delivery of product milestones Improved delivery efficiency and team coordination Clear and consistent progress reporting Contribution to business goals through effective delivery Reduction of blockers and delivery delays Qualifications & Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or program coordination Strong understanding of digital product lifecycles Good grasp of business fundamentals and how product delivery drives growth Familiar with Agile or Scrum frameworks Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Strong sense of ownership and accountability Personal Attributes: Structured and strategic thinker Curious about how business goals translate into product outcomes Calm and solutions‐focused under pressure Strong communicator and proactive problem solver Works well with diverse teams and personalities Passionate about efficient, high‐quality delivery How to Succeed in this Role : Maintain full visibility on delivery timelines and dependencies.
