Base pay range Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP BI & Data Engineer to co‐lead and manage our reporting team, ensuring the successful delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. This is a hands‐on operational role suited for a proactive, detail‐oriented individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is willing to work flexible or extended hours to meet critical program outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide mentorship and support to the reporting team, ensuring high‐quality BI & Analytics delivery. Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of reports using the SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) suite. Manage BOBJ administration including user access, security, folder grouping, and authorization. Develop REST API integrations to enable seamless data exchange between BOBJ and external systems. Lead the creation of HANA ABAP CDS views, ABAP RAP services, and SEGW Fiori Gateway services. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design and develop Web Intelligence (WebI) reports and dashboards to support data‐driven decision‐making. Perform Analytics CDS data modelling and implement CDS authorization concepts for secure reporting. Customize WebI report layouts to enhance user experience and accessibility. Act as secondary incident manager for reporting issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Around 5 years' experience in SAP BOBJ BO/BI, WebI, ABAP CDS, and Analytics Data Modelling. Hands‐on experience with REST API programming and SAP system integrations. Proven ability to work in an operational role with a focus on system availability and performance. Self‐starter with leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently. Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet program deadlines. Excellent problem‐solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
