Position Summary An outstanding and inspirational English teacher will join our team in August 2026, delivering the contextualised English National Curriculum in Years 7 and 8, Edexcel IGCSE Language and Literature in Years 9‐11, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The successful candidate will be passionate, reflective, collaborative, and committed to making a difference in an inclusive environment. A curriculum leadership role may be available. Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess high‐quality English instruction across the relevant curriculum stages. Lead curriculum development and assessment for the IB Diploma in Language and Literature. Participate in pastoral care and well‐being programmes for students. Engage and contribute to the co‐curricular programme and school community. Team‐work and collaboration with colleagues to promote best practice. Qualifications Essential: Qualified teacher with experience in English teaching and IB Diploma (highly encouraged). Experience with the National Curriculum for England, IGCSE, and IB Diploma is desirable. Strong communication, reflective practice, and collaborative skills.
