About the role:

  • Security and Compliance Integration : Embed security, privacy, and compliance into the core of our AI systems.
  • Cutting-edge Solutions : Ensure powerful yet principled AI solutions are deployed across the company.
  • Collaboration and Alignment : Act as a central point of collaboration between Group Security and Data Governance teams.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Conduct specialized AI risk assessments to identify and address threats like model misuse, data leakage, adversarial attacks, and LLM prompt vulnerabilities.
  • Privacy-Preserving Mechanisms : Champion privacy by integrating advanced privacy-preserving mechanisms directly into AI workflows.
  • Tool Evaluation and Recommendation : Curate best-in-class tools by evaluating and recommending leading AI security and governance tools.
  • Third-Party Service Review : Be an expert by reviewing and approving the integration of third-party AI services and open-source models from a security and compliance perspective.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Cybersecurity or Data Governance Background : At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or data governance, with at least 3 years focused on AI or cloud-based ML systems.
  • Data Protection Expertise : Proven expertise in implementing robust data protection on AI platforms.
  • Data Privacy Controls and Security Frameworks : Exposure to data privacy controls (encryption, tokenization) and security frameworks like Zero Trust or OWASP for ML will be beneficial.
