About Metta Home for the Disabled
Metta Home for the Disabled is a residential facility that provides long-term care for adults with
intellectual and multiple disabilities . Our dedicated team focuses on holistic well-being, helping our clients live with dignity in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Nursing & Client Care
Perform all nursing aide tasks and oversee daily care of residents.
Administer and manage medication, supplements, and basic medical needs.
Support clients’ safety, engagement in activities, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Review and update daily reports on clients’ activities and progress in
ADL (Activities of Daily Living)
and
CLS (Community Living Skills) .
Coordinate clients’ medical appointments and follow-ups.
Mentor junior nursing staff and support staff nurses.
2. Other Responsibilities
Participate in donor, volunteer, or fundraising events when needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For
Certificate / NITEC in Nursing
Registered with the
Singapore Nursing Board
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Experience in special needs or geriatric care is an advantage
Able to commit to a
6-day rotating shift
