Responsibilities
Mergers and Acquisition: The successful candidate will work in a Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) team providing M&A tax advisory services to an interesting mix of corporate clients spread across industries. Responsibilities include advising on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, mergers and acquisitions tax matters (e.g., tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, post-merger integration), and drafting tax advisory memos or reports.
Qualifications
You should have 0 to at least 1 year of corporate tax experience, preferably with an international accounting/law firm.
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification as recognized by ISCA. An SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, inter-personal and writing skills with a passion to learn, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality work as well as collaborate with multiple team leaders.
