Be part of a leading A1-graded main contractor , contributing to large-scale structural and M&E works on prestigious projects such as tunnels, factories, mixed developments, and LTA infrastructure projects . This role offers strong exposure to digital engineering for high-value and technically complex works. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and manage BIM models for structural and M&E disciplines . Coordinate and integrate models with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Generate shop drawings, details, and construction documentation. Support clash detection, design reviews, and BIM coordination meetings. Ensure adherence to BIM standards and project requirements. Mentor and guide junior modellers (for Senior role). Requirements Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, M&E, or related field. Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). Knowledge of structural and M&E coordination in construction projects . BIM Modeller : 2–4 years’ relevant experience. Senior BIM Modeller : 5+ years’ experience with coordination/lead exposure.
