Job Description The responsibilities of the Technical Sales Executive are to generate sales through technical advice and proposal of the company's solutions. The incumbent is to develop and sustain good relationships both internal and external to the Company to grow market share. The incumbent will support the supervisor for tendering major projects and provide training/coaching to the Department Admin Assistant. To provide pre‐sales technical assistance / solutions and product education to the Clients / Main Cons / Owners / Consultants, etc. Making presentations and demonstrating how our Products and Systems meet client needs. Preparing both technical and commercial proposals for medium to large scale projects, which include the following tasks: preparing technical scheme, schematics, pipe sizing, taking off, compile material list, key‐in M1(PAS) cost data / cost items, prepare commercial proposals, tender preparation, vetting and submission. Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Chair kick‐off meeting to handover secured projects to Design, Operation and Contract Department when the contracts are awarded and to conduct monthly meeting to ensure smooth handover of PAS projects. To enter accurate data into ERP system from Sales Quotation stage to Sales Order stage (for Housing division). Other duties as and when instructed by HOD. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma In Engineering / Architechural / Construction field. 3 years working experiences in construction industry. Able to read and comprehend construction / architectural drawings. Previous sales experiences in Construction industry is an added advantage Training will be provided for fresh graduates.
