Position: Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineer (Hydraulic systems/ISO 9001/45001) – Up to $5,500 + Bonus Location: West - Pioneer Working hours: 6 Days | Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + 1-2 Month Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Claims and Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Civil/Marine/Geotechnical Engineering Main Responsibilities Oversee repair, maintenance, and operation of mechanical and hydraulic systems. Diagnose faults, recommend solutions, and supervise repair work to minimize downtime. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment reliability. Lead daily workshop operations and coordinate equipment needs with project teams. Inspect machines and equipment to maintain quality and compliance standards. Monitor workshop processes to ensure smooth operations. Manage spare parts inventory efficiently and maintain accurate maintenance records. Collaborate with management to improve SOPs, maintenance practices, and equipment reliability. Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 standards and Safe Work Procedures (SWP). Requirements Minimum of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant working experience. Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, diagnostic techniques, and machinery brands. Proficiency with AutoCAD and drawings. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in view of business communications.
