What the role is:
Assist supervisor in reviewing policies pertaining to the accreditation and continuing professional education (CPE) framework and guidelines, as well as the renewal of Practicing Certificates (PC) in the Division.
Process CPE applications, events, and claims; manage the accreditation and renewal process of Practising Certificates (PC) for healthcare practitioners, in accordance with business rules.
Assist supervisor in Qualifications and Curriculum Review.
Review and develop effective mechanisms or work processes to ensure the Division's KPIs are met.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
What you will be working on:

What we are looking for:
Relevant working experience in administration/processing work.
Well-articulated with good writing skills.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous but not required.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Team player with a positive work attitude; able to work independently and proactively.
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
