We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, hospitality, and digital engagement, with a strong background in social media marketing, ability to source and design physical collateral, and operational know how. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in building our restaurant’s online presence, engaging with guests and sometimes getting their hands a little dirty Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, website, emails, physical collateral Create engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that highlight menu items, promotions, events, and unique offerings. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages on social media platforms as well as review platforms such as google review, in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to promote new dishes, seasonal menus, and special events. Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other digital marketing materials. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to keep the marketing efforts innovative and effective. Qualifications Proven experience managing business social media accounts, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
