Responsibilities Edit engaging, story‐driven short‐form videos tailored for Instagram, following a Vox‐style approach. Collaborate closely with founders to conceptualize, refine, and execute video content strategies. Ensure all edits are purposeful, creative, and aligned with the brand's voice and objectives. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt to evolving content trends. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance video performance and audience engagement. Qualifications Demonstrated experience editing short‐form social videos, preferably in a Vox‐style or similar. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and the psychological impact of editing choices. Excellent command of English, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to feedback. Proficiency with industry‐standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content creation. Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility within the team. Remote work capability with reliable internet access.
