We are seeking a Venture Capital Associate to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in deal execution, portfolio management, and supporting the firm’s investment activities globally. Key Responsibilities
Execute the full investment process, including deal screening, due diligence, financial modelling, and investment presentation Conduct comprehensive market and technology research, as well as competitive analysis in target sectors Identify emerging trends and technologies within AI, semiconductor, robotics and deep tech spaces Develop and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts Represent AICONIC VENTURES at tech events and conferences in Asia Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) 2-4 years of experience in a technology company, startup, AI/deep tech research, venture capital, investment banking or consulting Demonstrated interest in deep tech, AI, and semiconductor technologies Strong analytical skills Nice to have: Basic understanding of term sheets and deal structures Personal Attributes
Intellectually curious with strong desire to learn about emerging technologies Exceptional work ethic with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Team player who thrives in collaborative environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable and resilient in fast-changing environments Passionate about startups and technology What We Offer
