Drive recruitment processes to address staffing needs and manage vendor relationships.

Administer staffing processes including onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding.

Oversee monthly payroll, annual tax submissions, and government-related claims.

Manage benefits administration related to leave, claims, and medical insurances.

Facilitate the annual staff development review process and coach supervisors.

Develop and deliver learning & development programs to enhance staff growth.

Maintain the HR system ensuring data accuracy and online process implementation.

Support HR projects focusing on staff well-being and continuous improvement.

Manage the Share Point HR site with regular updates for effective staff communication.

Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries from staff.

Continuously seek to improve HR processes for greater efficiency.

Organize company-wide staff events.

Provide additional administrative support for HR as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, including HR systems proficiency.

Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach.

Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adept at problem-solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, IRAS, and CPF Act.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Zoom, and Canva.
