Marketing Program Manager (6–9 Month Maternity Cover)Location: Singapore (APAC Regional Office)Company: FMCG About the Role: Our client is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join them on a 6–9 month contract (maternity cover) . Based in the APAC regional office in Singapore, this role will play a key part in driving product portfolio management across South‐East Asia, supporting business growth in markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This is a hands‐on role where you will work closely with cross‐functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Packaging, in an agile, fast‐paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage product portfolio and master data in SAP R/3, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the region. Support regional marketing programs and campaigns in SEA markets to drive brand growth. Collaborate with country teams and global HQ on product launches, packaging, and portfolio planning . Lead project management activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. Provide analytical and reporting support to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. About You Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Food & Beverage industries. Strong knowledge of portfolio management and marketing operations , with SAP R/3 experience a strong advantage. Proven track record in managing cross‐functional projects and delivering results under tight timelines. Hands‐on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a lean team environment.
