What You'll Be Doing -
- Create customised training programs tailored to each member's goals
- Lead 1-on-1 and small group sessions with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm
- Stay ahead with continuous learning and professional development
- Be a positive, motivational presence in the club environment
- Drive personal training sales and actively hit performance KPIs
- Build strong relationships and provide top-notch member service
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and trends
What We're Looking For -
- Certified Personal Trainer and relevant industry experience
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge in exercise science and nutrition
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve results
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Able to work shifts, including weekends, and public holidays
- Passionate about fitness and helping others — no prior experience required; fresh entrants with the right attitude are welcome
