YOUR ROLE
As a Cycling Specialist, my role is to ensure all customers leave our stores 'satisfied or satisfied'. From a friendly and professional welcome through to a unique online and offline retail experience. You will enjoy sharing your passion in sports with our customers. Your role is to always deliver quality services through the repair of bicycles, scooters, skateboards and personalization services.
Your Responsibilities:
I have a passion to repair and I deeply care about extending the life of any product in my store.
I am process driven and highly organized to provide a warm clean and welcoming environment in my workshop.
I provide professional, technical and friendly services that make customers want to come back.
I assure the safety of my teammates and customers at my workplace.
Requirements
Bicycle Mechanic Skills:
No prior skills are needed for the role. Training will be provided for 6 months as a starter. Willingness to learn and a passion for problem solving through reparation is required.
These skills are welcomed but not necessary:
The ability to make technical assessments of a bicycle for service.
The ability to make clear and concise notes of the works to be done & to update the database.
The ability to execute the necessary repairs on the bicycle.
The ability to be solution oriented in a fast paced environment.
The ability to track time and parts used per repair process.
Bicycle tools organizational & management skills.
