1. Supply Chain Design & Optimization

Optimizing workflows, processes, and systems to reduce lead times and costs.
Conducting simulations and modeling to test different supply chain scenarios.

Ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives.
6. Technology & Systems Implementation
Integrating advanced technologies like AI, IoT, and automation into supply chain operations.
Managing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) systems.
