Job Description

As a Senior Plumbing and Sanitary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of project management involving plumbing, sanitary, and gas services. Your primary focus will be on delivering cost-effective design and construction solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project schedules, including review and monitoring of construction activities, methods, and work procedures to ensure timely completion and productivity.
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, authorities, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Managing budgets and costs associated with projects, ensuring effective financial control and minimizing expenses.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including WSH, MOM, and Plumbing Sanitary guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in a similar capacity, with expertise in design and installation knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, and gas systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of cost and pricing techniques.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
