As a Talent Advisor in our APAC Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent agenda and driving strategic learning initiatives. As a Talent Advisor within our Asia-Pacific Asset and Wealth Management team, you will support the APAC region across seven markets. Reporting to the APAC Talent Advisory Lead for Asset and Wealth Management, you will manage relationships with senior management and business leaders, leveraging your consulting and advisory skills to drive strategic learning and talent development objectives aligned with global and regional business goals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support the development of an end-to-end talent development agenda for Asset and Wealth Management through partnership with business leaders, HR Business Advisors, and other Corporate Learning organizations.
2. Leverage talent data to conduct needs analysis to identify gaps at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
3. Execute select development solutions for employees, managers/leaders, and teams by partnering across AWM and the firm to drive best practices, consistency, and measure impact.
4. Partner with global/regional colleagues to effectively deliver segment-specific learning solutions and curricula, in partnership with internal subject matter experts or via vendor resources.
5. Support data gathering, materials preparation, facilitation, and partner with HR Business Advisors and Business Leaders on follow-up action planning for talent and succession planning, including the identification of high potentials within the organization.
6. Act as a subject matter expert for Asset and Wealth Management on talent management, performance management, leadership development, and other key talent processes.
7. Manage a wide array of projects to develop and implement development programs and initiatives, including the identification and timely execution of deliverables, communication strategies, and implementation plans.
8. Provide coaching to support Leadership Development and other initiatives, leveraging psychometric tools and relevant coaching techniques.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

1. Minimum 8 years of work experience, with exposure to organization development, including at least 4 years in financial services.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3. Experience in designing and delivering professional skills training and developing content for offsites and management workshops.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across global teams and in a matrix environment.
5. Experience working with senior internal clients, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, managing conflicting priorities effectively.
6. Strong project management and planning skills with a proven track record of delivering programs at scale.
7. Good understanding of organization development tools and facilitation skills at all organizational levels.
8. Experience in designing and delivering development interventions, with analytical skills for clear reporting.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

1. Prior experience in a multinational financial sector is highly preferred.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous, as the role requires interaction with Chinese-speaking stakeholders in the region.
