Salesforce Project Manager - Public Sector Capture, understand, and analyze client user requirements and objectives Project manage resources and ensure successful delivery of business implementations Assist project team with design and development tasks, including system integration Deliver and install technology solutions Manage all documentation (technical specs, functional specs, backlogs, user manuals, support documents)Conduct training on implemented solutions Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, sponsors, and third-party vendors (outsourced teams, software vendors)Coordinate releases and post-Go-Live materials (training documentation, sessions)Oversee support and maintenance; organize project handover to support team Continuously update knowledge on Salesforce.com solutions Responsibilities Capture, understand, and analyze client user requirements and objectives Manage resources and deliver business implementations successfully Assist with design, development, and system integration tasks Deliver and install technology solutions Manage documentation including technical, functional specs, backlogs, user manuals, support documents Conduct training sessions on solutions Build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, sponsors, and third-party vendors Coordinate releases and post-Go-Live materials Manage support and maintenance, including project handover Update Salesforce knowledge regularly Profile Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Strong IT background with management or engineering qualifications 5-8 years relevant experience as a Project Manager Project and team management experience Experience working on public sector projects (government or public corporations)Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI...) are advantageous Scrum PSPO or PSM certification is a plus Experience in complex, distributed team environments Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders Independent, creative, and reliable Detail-oriented and focused Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environments Customer-focused mindset Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience are a plus but not required Willingness to travel and undertake overseas postings GDPR MESSAGE: Our privacy policy has been updated to comply with new regulations.
