Production Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities and lead a team of Operators and Technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are built on time, meet quality standards, and follow safety procedures.Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production operations, including assembly, testing. Plan and assign tasks to team members based on production schedules. Monitor work progress and ensure production targets and deadlines are met. Ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Guide and support team members, including training and coaching where needed. Solve basic production issues and work with other departments to fix problems. Keep the production area clean, safe, and well-organized. Check equipment and tools to make sure they are working properly. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Materials teams. Keep simple records and reports on production activities. Requirements: Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role, with some leadership or supervisory experience. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to solve problems and work under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Knowledge of basic safety and quality standards.
