Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

1. Assist with minor research on artefacts and assist to catalogue the artefacts by using metadata (training is provided).

2. Write short physical descriptions of artefacts.

3. Assist with minor research on artefacts and write short definitions of in-house terms used to describe the said artefacts.

4. Assist with data cleansing and standardising of metadata.

5. Assist with miscellaneous work.

Working Arrangement:

Duration: November 2025 – March 2026

Working Hours:

Mon – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday : 8.30am – 5.30pm

Work from home by default

Salary: Up to $3100/Month

Requirements:

1. May be required to do a metadata cataloguing test and submit before the interview date.

2. Excellent research and writing skills

3. Interest in history and visual arts

4. Detailed and organised

5. Ability to work independently without much supervision

6. Ability to meet deadlines
