You will work closely with program stakeholders to enhance market competitiveness and operational efficiency through investments in systems, distribution, people, and processes.Key responsibilities include shaping the agenda and tracking the progress of overall project delivery and key digital transformation/change initiatives to leapfrog PACS in this digital age. You will be instrumental in developing innovative products, upskilling sales teams, and implementing advanced customer engagement platforms.A critical aspect of your role will involve working within a new organisational model with local business units (LBU), strategic pillars, enablers, and other stakeholders to ensure successes can be replicated at pace and scale.
